These terms cover SDAP (Self-Directed Annuity Platform), at sdap.predictintel.io. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Not an annuity. Despite the name, SDAP does not provide, sell, or guarantee any annuity, income stream, or lifetime payment. It has no actuarial backstop, no insurer, and no contractual guarantee of any kind. It is a tracking and simulation tool for a DIY income investing strategy — the underlying strategy carries real principal and income risk that a commercial annuity does not. Not financial advice

SDAP is an educational/informational project. Fund screening data, yield figures, portfolio tracking, and backtest results reflect real, disclosed fund data and historical prices — but none of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. SDAP never ranks or recommends specific funds; it presents objective metrics only. Nothing here is investment advice. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.

Paper trading only

The portfolio tracked by SDAP is a simulated ("paper") account. No real money is ever traded through SDAP, and no positions shown are real positions.

Fund data accuracy

SDAP's v1 fund universe is hand-seeded and periodically refreshed, not a real-time feed. Some fund metrics are independently verified from primary sources; others are estimates pending verification — each fund's record states which. Don't rely on this data for real trading decisions without independently confirming it from the fund's own official disclosures.

No warranty

SDAP is provided "as is," free of charge, with no guarantee of accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. Data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this project.

We may update these terms as the project evolves; the date above reflects the latest revision.
